You need 30g of fibre a day. Most of us get 16.

96% of UK adults don't hit the target, because the fix has always been lentils, bran flakes and powders stirred into water. All Good puts the fix in a beer instead. Two cans covers most of the gap, no meal plan required.

What 5g looks like

5gA can of All Good
4gBowl of porridge
2.5gWholemeal toast
0gRegular lager
5g of fibre in every can

A sixth of the daily target, from the same clinically studied plant fibre the wellness aisle sells in tubs.

Why the can says high in fibre

UK rules don't allow prebiotic claims on pack. So we print the claim they do allow, and clear its bar twice over: 6.5g per 100 kcal against the 3g required.

It had to taste like beer first

A West Coast IPA, held to the same blind taste bar as our five star flagship. Flavour sells the first can, the fibre sells the second.

The 5g is measured in the finished beer and stays stable in the can for its full shelf life. It's there when you drink it, not just when we pack it.

Typical servings. Sources: National Diet and Nutrition Survey, 30g a day recommended, UK adult average 16.2g. Porridge, a 40g serving of oats. Toast, one medium slice.

“Most people would not be able to tell it's not a 4% pale ale”— Melissa Cole, leading beer expert, The Telegraph, 5/5

“All Good came from our customer survey. People told us they wanted more fibre and no more powders, so we brewed it into a beer. The IPA had to stand on its own first. Love it or your money back.”

Questions people actually ask

Asked, answered.

No. It's a West Coast IPA first: ripe mango, peach and pine, with a proper bitter finish. The fibre is a soluble plant fibre with no taste or texture of its own, and the beer went through the same blind tasting as our five star flagship before it got anywhere near a can.

No. One case, one payment, nothing recurring. If you love it and want it on repeat, Subscribe and Save is there afterwards at our lowest price, but nothing on this page signs you up to anything.

Yes. 5g a can, measured in the finished beer, which is a sixth of the 30g a day the NHS recommends. Count it the same way you'd count a bowl of porridge.

No. In Europe, where we brew, 0.5% is classified as alcohol free. Plenty of things you eat every day carry higher trace amounts, including ripe fruit, fresh juice, bread and yoghurt.
