1. Delivery

We dispatch your shop purchases via our delivery partners FedEx and DPD, for UK it should arrive the next working day if the order was placed by 2pm. However, please allow an extra working day for delivery (delays may be incurred which are outside our control or the control of our couriers). Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch goods or deliver goods on Bank Holidays and at busy times such as Christmas, shipping may be delayed. If you have not received your order within 3 working days of receiving a shipping notice please contact us at hello@brulobeer.com

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 6pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will be left a card with contact details of our couriers. You need to call them to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange to collect from your local depot. Please be aware you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.

2. Returns 

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered minus any discounts and delivery charges within 14 days from the date of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is the later. We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date, but please remember all you need to do is contact us if you have any questions. We offer a money back guarantee if you are not 100% happy with your purchase – we ask that you inform us as soon as possible in this instance. The customer is fully responsible for postage costs in order to return the products to us and there must be a minimum of 10 products remaining!. This however doesn’t apply to goods that have been opened as we don’t offer any credit or refunds. Regardless of size of order please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to ensure all items are correct, failure to due to so will result in a refund not given if any damage or  Discrepancies have occurred. If damage has occurred please ensure a photograph is taken and e mailed as part of your claim clearly showing our branding and the shipping label to hello@brulobeer.com.

3. Refunds

All of our products are non-refundable, but if you have received an order that is defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can easily be arranged by getting in touch with us at hello@brulobeer.com.  If your experience an issue with your order being damaged during transit just send us a photo confirming this along with your order number and we'll be happy to send a replacement to you on next day delivery.

4. Privacy Policy

Your data is in safe hands. As you browse our site, cookies will be placed on your computer to help us measure our content and web flow. We collect personal information about you to enable us to process and deliver your order. When registering on our website, you consent to BRULO maintaining, recording, holding and using the personal data we collect about you. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998. You request access to all data we hold on your by emailing hello@brulobeer.com and including in the email subject “Subject access request”.

5. Disclaimer

BRULO has taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. We shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss which may have occurred from the use of any matter contained on this website. All text and graphics on this website, unless specified, are directed solely at those who access the website from the United Kingdom mainland. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any links to the Internet or other third party websites from its website. Once you activate these links you will leave this website and we will not be responsible, or liable, for the content of any other websites on the Internet to which you may visit from its site. 

6. Promotions

All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid UK credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Free next working day delivery is available UK wide for all orders over £35.
