Shipping policy

 

£6.99 for Next Day Working Delivery on orders below £35. Free Next Day Working Delivery on all orders over £35.

We dispatch your shop purchases via our delivery partners FedEx, for UK it should arrive the next working day if the order was placed by 3pm. For Europe delivery it should arrive in 3-5 days. However, please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery (delays may be incurred which are outside our control or the control of our couriers). Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch goods or deliver goods on Bank Holidays and at busy times such as Christmas, shipping may be delayed. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving a shipping notice please contact us at hello@brulobeer.com.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 6pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will be left a card with contact details of our couriers. You need to call them to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange to collect from your local depot. Please be aware you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.
