James Brown (far right) founded BRULO in 2019 with one goal: to brew seriously good beer that never holds you back.
As an independent brewery, we thrive on the freedom to experiment. Each year, we introduce unique releases that reflect our passion for creativity and diversity in brewing.
We only brew the beer we love and drink ourselves. You won't find any so-called 'natural flavourings' in our beers. We do things properly, no shortcuts. Using quality ingredients, innovative yeast cultures, and modern brewing techniques, we create beers that are always alcohol free and delicious.
Aesthetic is an important part of the experience, even more so with alcohol free beer. Our designer, James Ockelford, drew inspiration from 1960s Japanese poster art when he discovered the symbol of the eye. This ancient, cross-cultural icon had never appeared on beer—until now.
The wide-open eye represents being fully awake, present, and sober. It's a symbol of clarity and a modernist nod to the future.
